Alboroque
A film by Sabrina Fernández Casas
In a collective movement, activist brigades are organizing against invasive plants to restore biodiversity to Galicia's landscapes. They source their supplies from a Swiss metallurgical factory that manufactures files, precision tools used to sharpen their chainsaws. Through these two territories, a personal and migratory narrative emerges.

Somewhere in Europe. A small transport company. Truck drivers. For them, the deliveries follow one another, along landscapes marked by these permanent flows. The goods weigh on their bodies. It's a race for profit. The drivers rack up their hours. The schedules that organise their work compress their lives. Driven by a system that exhausts everything in its path, their work gradually loses its meaning. They fight as hard as they can for the recognition of who they are and what they do.

Beyond the circumstances of this exile, the film evokes a vanished Judeo-Arab world that still exists in our memories.

A movie by Agnese Làposi
Su, une jeune jardinière italienne travaillant en Suisse, est convoquée un matin par son patron pour répondre à une accusation de vol au travail. Au cours de l'entretien, Su passe en revue les événements de la journée et se souvient de sa rencontre avec sa collègue Lore, une femme plus âgée et mystérieuse. Au fil de la conversation, Su se rend compte qu'elle devra raconter une autre version de l'histoire pour se défendre.
